Welcome to Liberation from Limitations! 

I’m Jane and I’m one of those souls that had much to experience, learn, clear and transform in this life.  I have learned to love myself through believing that I was a victim to all of the relationships and experiences I was attracting into my life. 

 My mission is to support you in discovering, excavating and transmuting all that is holding you back from living a life of Alignment, Optimism and Joy! I believe we all have the capacity to be liberated from all forms of limitations. Everyone has  energy and emotional blocks to clear on their journey of liberation and, the path of transformation is well worth the effort and the rewards!  

While I was leading a successful corporate environmental career, I was searching for solutions to manage my own stress, negativity, imbalanced workaholic nature and life, until I had a life-altering car accident.  That was my wake up call. That is when I learned that I wasn’t really Superwoman after all and that I would need to learn new techniques to manage the pain and physical limitations that I knew I could shift. Thus, the inception of my spiritual journey which has gifted me with many tools, techniques, unlearning and relearning, clearing, excavating, knowledge, wisdom, great teachers, higher frequencies  and an enhanced lifestyle.
